In a village in Northern Ireland, a war is waged, not a battle of blood and bullets, but a gambit for the souls of the simple, a campaign to reclaim lost ideals. Within small homes, through narrow paths framed by hedgerows, the common people fight for something more than what they have, they search for, in the face of easy answers, something better than what life has offered them. Because in the face of the darkness within us, staring in the eye of what others want us to accept, and standing toe to toe with the easy weaknesses of humanity, we are forced to leap into the unknown. When who we are is threatened, the good in us must take a stand, or be eradicated, leaving behind only the husks of the soulless.
