About the Author
Jean Tolfa Hansen is an outdoor enthusiast from Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula with 30 years teaching experience working with gifted and special needs children. Through a collaborative effort with her illustrator sister, the children's book The Gift of Time is brought to life.
About the Illustrator
Jill Tolfa is dedicated to building cultural competency to foster a more empathic and peaceful world. With a Master of Art degree in International and Multicultural Education concentrating in Literature for Children and Young Adults, she enjoys blending her practical art training with inspirational and supportive educational literature.
