In the end we will all fight hell or disunite and fail! Spiritual warfare is brought to life as God tests all mankind in the end times prior to The Tribulation. Marcellous Strong discovers that he has been divinely chosen to become mankind's Guardian Angel against an ancient evil that seeks death and dominion. But will he be able to give himself over to the service of God, or will he choose to walk the path of vengeance and fall like a third of the angels before him? The Fourth Revelation is the first book of a creative Christian Fiction trilogy titled The Crown of Creation. The series is designed to use the word of God to inspire and challenge preteens to adults with a new form of "biblically epic based fiction" told from an African American Perspective. Biblical Story Premise: Where there is no prophetic vision, the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law. Proverbs 29:18 ESV. The word "prophetic vision" refers to special revelation or God's Word. The word "cast off restraint" carries the idea of there being a total loss of social order. If a people do not hear God's Word, then we can expect society to break down and even local churches to cast off restraint. Social harmony and restraint cannot be achieved without knowing God's word. Thereby, public morality depends on knowing the undefiled word of God. The dependence on the Word of God is why the backdrop is not in a galaxy far, far away, or a mythological middle earth. Each book starts in the not-too-distant future on earth, thereby, the characters are successful and survive spiritual warfare manifested into physical form, not because of Karma, or a chi, or magic, but only because of the power of God. This is the key to the trilogy's biblical basing, as the Fourth Revelation becomes mankind's challenge to bare one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Gal 6:2 (ESV). If we fail to unify now, or in the not-too-distant future, mankind will lose its prophetic vision, and false prophets will be able to lead the world astray. By biblically basing the word of God throughout the entire storyline in how the characters talk, struggle, interact with one another, and study the word of God in order to survive, the reader will see through a first-person perspective how having no vision in the end times where evil has physically manifested itself would be. Thus, the characters and the very story itself, becomes a vessel on how to apply the same Godly disciplines into their real lives today as we all fight spiritual warfare battles daily.
