The poetic commentary dives deep into the philosophy and practice of Yoga. It was inspired by the traditions of Adi Shankaracharya, Nārada, Patanjali, Vivekananda and VarindraJi. Both an experiential account of the practices and practical instructions are seeded within the lines.
