Publisher's Synopsis
Writer Mario meets aspiring actress Mikki at a party that neither were invited to, becoming instant friends and fellow conspirators in their quest for fame. Plain Carla is the daughter of a famous movie director, and when Mikki meets her she realises they'll make a great team - one with the looks, the other with the connections. Meanwhile Mario lands his own gig, as a ghostwriter for a reclusive actress. But as the trappings of fame arrive for the three, ambition gets in the way and one of them ends up dead... Who will win in the fame game?
