What do you do when you're privileged and lonely in Paris? Society may be crumbling from the inside, but you have money, and you need companionship. You could give money to the poor, but you find yourself a robotic companion, who caters to your every whim and fancy. AI robots are everywhere, but only a few can afford this indulgence.
How far can you go in such a relationship? Forbidden love or insanity, and can your robotic companion love you back? Are your feelings real? Is this person living a dream or have they lost all sense of reality? The end result is something that no one around the main character anticipates.
