Publisher's Synopsis
When big city girl, Katie loses her parents, her great aunt and uncle take her in to raise her on a lovely rural property. They provide all the ingredients needed for Katie to have a happy life, but she has lost faith in love. It is too risky. Then one day she is walking in the woods enjoying her solitude when a laughing boy and his dog appear out of nowhere!
Katie finds that boy's happiness is not only appealing, but contagious. He introduces her to what she believes is his fantasy world of fairies in a beautiful glade surrounded by dense forest, and the world opens up for Katie.
