Publisher's Synopsis
This book, THE EFFECTS OF RADAR ON THE HUMAN BODY (RM-TR-62-1) was published by the Department of Defense in 1962 and it describes how much damage Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave (MW) radiation can do to the human body and indicates how much power is needed to incapacitate or even kill an individual. I believe this is a timely subject based on recent events such as the attacks on U.S. diplomats. There has been some speculation in the media that RF or microwaves may have caused the damage, however no one knows for sure.
What I do know is that RF and microwave radiation can be harmful so they should be studied and the literature needs to be updated. Personally, I don't use a wireless router at home because of the possibility of genetic damage or tumors.
The only copy I could find of this document was in pretty bad shape so I went ahead and scanned it and compared the scanned text with the original. Took several days to get it right. There were a few words that were totally obliterated, but that was the best copy available.
