The Donnelly Brothers is the tale of two brothers growing up in New York City. It portrays the beauty of the city and the struggles of borough living. The city becomes plagued with a dirty Mayor and the citizens become enraged. A war begins amongst the city's people and the police. There are riots, looting and even murders. The brother's can't stand by and watch their city be destroyed. They make a plan to overthrow the Mayor and to restore justice and tranquility to their home.
