With half of their platoon manning COP (combat outpost) Bella 7 kilometers away, the other half of the First Platoon, B/1/32 10th Mountain Division, was manning The Ranchhouse-one of the most remote and dangerous COPs in all of Afghanistan. THE DIRTY FIRST AT ARANAS depicts four chaotic days in the lives of the US Soldiers stationed in the Waygal Valley and shows what American Soldiers stationed in remote corners of Afghanistan were enduring in November of 2006.
