When a young man proves to New York's greatest diamond experts that he has in his possession enough diamonds to flood the market and when these diamonds are perfect and often duplicates of the great diamonds of the world, the experts are naturally excited. They have this young man shadowed by detectives and there are many interesting complications involving much mystery and even murder. When everything is at last made clear and the young man explains that his diamonds are manufactured, the secret process is already lost, and the danger to the diamond market past.
