At what point is a dream no longer a dream, but a reality? As Abby explores her dreams, they become more real and more intense. The dreams begin to take over Abby's every thought and it drives the question, when are dreams no longer dreams? When suddenly, there is not only one woman taking over Abby's life but two, the second much darker than the first, she must figure out what is happening and what it all means. As Abby starts the next chapter of her life, some things still don't feel right. Something is missing. As she and Adam begin to read Dru's diary, walking in her shoes and reuniting with her long lost family, more of the puzzle comes together. But as some of the puzzle comes together, not all of the pieces are fitting where they should be. As old threats return and a new threat surfaces, she must find the strength and courage to fight for what she believes in. Then, Laylan finally returns home, it isn't quite home, anymore. She has changed and so has Cion. But with the help of Cion, questions are answered and new revelations are revealed but with knowledge comes more questions. Old loves are realized, curses are broken, new allies are met, and the arrival of the prophetical child means the group must return to the Mortal World, where even more concerns arise.
