But left through defect of Age, Experience, or lln detltanding, they lhould at any time forget, or miltake our Con?itution; or by Pa?ion, privatelnterelt, or the In?uence of' ill Counfellors, be fo far milled as not to All'emble Parlia ments when the Publick Affairs require it or to declare them Di?blved, before the Ends of their Meeting were accomplilh ed: The Wifdom of our Ancei'rbr's has provided, by divers Statutes, both for the holding Parliaments annually, and oft net if need be 7 and that they lhould not be Prorogued or Dif folved till all the Petitions and Bills before them were an fwered and redrelied.
