Publisher's Synopsis
A tale of a poorly planted seedling on a Christmas Tree farm which grows up too crooked to sell. Longing to be with a loving family for Christmas, the Crooked Tree's hopes are dashed as all the other trees are selected and the tree is left alone in the field. The tree became a happy home and shelter for many forest animals and one day saves the life of a very special deer who repays the Crooked Tree by listening and helping. These acts of kindness result in the ultimate dream come true. The tree finds a permanant home at an elementary school where "he was loved by many children for years and years".
