We all have our good days and our bad days: big kids and little kids, young people and old people, male and female. But the trick it how to deal with these pesky "Crankies" when they raise their troublesome heads.Sometimes if we add something pleasant, like a song or dance, or favorite, healthy food, we can calm the Crankies and send them on their way.Or sometimes, if we take away a troublesome factor, it will help remedy the situation.Whichever route we take, we are looking for the same outcome: to tell the Cranky that it cannot stay, and send it on its merry way!!!
