So, let me introduce myself. My name is Colleen. I'm a Christian sexagenarian, wife, mother, mimi, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, co-worker, friend, artist, poet and now writer. This adventure started out by me wanting to share bits and pieces of my life story with my children and grandchildren, and a bunch of people I don't hardly know. I assure you, once you read this book, you will know me a little better through my stories.
Why write my autobiography? What challenges me to sit down and type memories and thoughts on a blank piece of paper? After numerous people asked how my husband and I met, and I told them, they would say, "You should write a book." Really?
I wondered what is so special about my story - maybe nothing. Could there be similarities of my life and yours? Maybe our lives are surprising to be the same. Only the cover is different.
