Publisher's Synopsis
In short, even if one is totally uninformed of politics, after reading my first novel, you will know basically how politics operates. I have clothed the novel's characters with political characters who live on the knife's edge of politics. Therefore, political characters who would have the least sympathy for the public. I could have based my novel on the political left but did not because I was more familiar with the politics and history of the right wing, and therefore, doing a novel with the leftist political would read a bit stilted.
Each chapter is a separate story and unique. For example, the chapter entitled "50,000 Flags for the Ayatollah" is about a 1,000 percent right winger, who has his own political party, but for the right price, he sold out and supplied fifty thousand American flags to the enemies of the United States for an anti-American demonstration.
My girlfriend asked me if this ever happened, and I told her, not to my knowledge, but if this ever happened, I would have no doubt that they would sell out.
I believe that the reason both the right and left lie about each other is that if they told the truth, no one outside politics would believe them.
There is no line in my novel that is of no interest. You will find it hard to put down this novel until you are finished reading.
