Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from The College Greetings, Vol. 22: September, 1917
It is very easy, in the case of these local calamities, to leave the responsibility entirely to the Red Cross. But in this war, a calamity which so entirely surrounds us all, each one of us cannot help but feel, to a certain extent, his obligations. We may each have an import ant, though small, part in the constructive work in this war - the Red Cross work.
