Sir, I Have already had the honour of intimating to you that Her Majesty has, under the 5th Section of the Civil Procedure Code Ordinance, 1879, approved of the various amendments which have been made in the Civil Procedure Code by Resolution of the Legislative Council of St. Lucia; and I have now the honour to inform you that Her Majesty will not exercise the power reserved to her by the said 5th Section of the Ordinance, and that it is not required that any other amendments should be made in the Code. It therefore remains for me, under the 3rd Section of the Ordinance, tt convey to you Her Majesty's gracious approval of the Civil Procedure Code of St. Lucia, and to authorise you at such time as appears convenient to cause the necessary proclamation to be made in order that this Code may become the Law of the Island.
