What is killing the people in the small, isolated town of Loons Port? No one really knows, not even those who dwell within its borders. Having recently been infiltrated by the Department of Scientific Anomalies (DOSA) to help solve this problem, there still are no answers to explain why people are dying. Is Loons Port about to disappear and join the ranks of unsolved mysteries? One of the town's younger inhabitants has found a way of putting a stop to that. Will he be remembered as a hero or the destroyer. He tells the story of the town's demise in the last three minutes of his life. Had it not been for him, there would be no story to tell.
