Earth was PERFECT...until humanity decided that WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.BY ITS 32nd Recorded Century, human evolution has continued uninterrupted for more than five hundred years in Earth's SimRep Age. Having exhausted all of the planet's natural resources and phenomena, more than thirteen billion Earthians now rely on the same Geo-biologic Hybrid Simulant Replication technology used by over seven billion Earthlings inhabiting an intergalactic network of space colonies for air, food, shelter, and all other manner of human existence. But when a regional inter-sovereign dispute within weeks erupted into an intergalactic trilithium war, in what is now remembered as the Great Annihilation of 3153, Earth's SimRep infrastructure was totally destroyed turning the planet's surface to toxic carbonized ash, its radioactive atmosphere incapable of supporting human existence for the next two millennia. But that was not the fate for the four crew members of one disabled Guardian One spacefighter. Trapped in space and having already accepted their dire outcome, their ship is mysteriously piloted to an uncharted location on what they presume to be toxic Earth - where they are confronted with an impossible Place of pure natural environmental existence, acknowledged to have been extinct for more than nine hundred years. Yet, it is because of the reality of their existence, they must accept that where they are is Truth.
