Andrew Kakabadse
Andrew Kakabadse is Professor of International Management Development, Deputy Director of
the School of Management at Cranfield University. His books include the bestselling Essence of Leadership , Politics of Management , Working in Organisations and The Wealth Creators . His two most recent books are Geopolitics of Governance and Smart Sourcing:International Best Practice . W. Chan Kim

and International Management at INSEAD Business School, France. Prior to joining INSEAD,
he was a professor at the University of Michigan Business School. He has served as a board member
as well as an advisor for a number of multinational corporations and has published numerous articles. He is a Fellow of the World Economic Forum at Davos and the winner of the Eldridge Haynes Prize.

Renée Mauborgne is the INSEAD Distinguished Fellow and Professor of Strategy and Management
at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and Fellow of the World Economic Forum. She has served as an advisor for a number of multinational corporations in Europe, the US and Pacific Asia. She has published numerous articles on strategy and managing the multinational.
