Publisher's Synopsis
After the last election, the question has arisen, can Canada be saved as a Confederation? Are there alternatives to the present system of governance? Perhaps, but not unless we can think outside the box. That the current system is failing a great portion of the country is beyond argument. Inside this story, and it is just a story, there may be answers to those questions. Canada is struggling with huge debts on a scale that our forebears could not have imagined. The middle class is shrinking, home ownership is but a dream for the young, and the old are worried about the future for their children and grandchildren. The desire of the author is to encourage all Canadians to review different concepts before alienation chases away forever the dream of Confederation.
