Publisher's Synopsis

The author belongs to a noble Gargasth Pashtun Nagadh tribe of Afghanistan. His progenitor had migrated to India with their army on the invitation of Bahlool Lodhi to defend him against rivalries, rampaging armies and rebel forces.
The Nagadh Pathans' lives were a whirl wind of battles and epic challenges. When they reached India with their army, they faced numerous challenges and threats but the brave Nagadh Pathans were determined to live up to the example of their great ancestors Quais Bin Abdul Rasheed. They established the rule of Lodhis in Delhi and captured Rajasthan and soon their obsession and love for the soil of Rajasthan grew. They made Rajasthan prosperous with their able administration, reforms, law and order.

They ruled for the next 270 years but they learnt that the bravest and the most fearless ruler can be betrayed if he lacks loyalty and vision.

Every step they took was fraught with danger and tribal rivalries, rampaging armies and ruthless enemies and ambitious friends posed threats all their lives. After losing Rajasthan, Narhad and Bagad, the tribes moved on to different directions. Some members of the royal family moved to Hyderabad Deccan and settled there permanently and their generations lived a progressive life.
