By the Light of the Moon...shine, the second story in The Boys series, finds Pete, Sammy, and Harry attempting to help their old friend, Cyrus Hunter. Cye was elected sheriff by default and is now laughing stock of the county. The boys, after accidentally stumbling onto a moonshine operation, come up with a plan to take down the operation and give Cye credit for the bust. As in all The Boys adventures, the boys encounter many ups and downs but always come out on top.
