Before coming to any conclusion about the universe, you need to be able to see where your mind ends, and where the world begins. Now let us look more closely at the teaching Meditation Mahamudra We see in the Pali Vinaya and the later texts that there is a ritual to bless the principle of the Buddha and a procedure for realizing his name, so what we mean by Meditation Mahamudra is the meditation to realize the ultimate teaching called Mahamudra. Also, we find in these scriptures that the meditation on Mahamudra is not taught in the meditation halls where people are free to discuss about different doctrines of the Buddha.
