A bandit named Ellis Duckworth armed with a black arrow as his trademark weapon assures Dick that his own personal guardian, Sir Daniel Blackley, unfaithful. As a consequence, Dick helps a fellowship of outlaws called 'The Black Arrow' to beat Brackley and win back his lady.
