Billy Gazonas was told by the coach that he was not good enough to play at Hartwick College and he should go elsewhere. He still went and in his first regular season game his freshman year with his parents in attendance , was the only player on the team not to play. Billy was in tears and humiliated for the bus ride back to Oneonta, New York.
