As you may have heard, a new and dangerous virus called Ebola exists. What is Ebola? Ebola is a virus spread through contact with blood or bodily fluids (like vomit or saliva). It is a very deadly virus and can cause serious illness in people who get it.
The Ebola virus has been causing primary global concern since its emergence in 2014. So far, Ebola has killed more than 11,000 people in West Africa, making it one of the deadliest viruses on record. An infected person spreads this fatal disease through contact with bodily fluids, such as blood, saliva, or sweat. Despite many deaths, we still don't know much about Ebola.
