Publisher's Synopsis
The reason I decided to get these books printed was for Mental Health sufferers to show them that Art is good for Mental Health to help you cope with your illness. I have had epilepsy / Psychosis for about twenty years and in those years I have always painted pictures. I now have about 300 paintings most on card but I am painting more now on canvas, I am even starting to think about selling some of my Art. I believe Art is great for the mind because talking doesn't always help and some people don't understand Mental Health and to get what is going on inside the mind it is good to get it out so paint it. Art is also very therapeutic. I don't believe Art has to be perfect or like a genius just keep at it and the more you do the better you get at it just like anything in life. I hope you like my Art and find it encouraging I still suffer with my illness today but I am in a better place mentally. Take Care.
