As Chloe's appendage is shown on the TV shows, the preteens and teens which they could have a tail like Chloe's. They make thousands of calls to the ABL wanting to buy the serum. The ABL begins to sell the untested, experimental serum at exorbitant prices. Dana is touring with Barry Brown and Chloe to talk shows throughout the nation. It isn't long before Dana and Barry have an affair. Meanwhile, Greg is arrested for child endangerment. He is put on trial and found guilty due to the testimony of Alma Gilroy of the Child Services Department. Greg is sent to prison. Dana continues to drag Chloe to show after show. Dana spends her time with Barry leaving the care of Chloe to a series of babysitters.
