I would again ask that the reports be sent in as early as possible it is unnecessary to wait for an invitation to do so, and the earlier I obtain the club's statistics the earlier will the annual for '92 be ready. A word of thanks may be in order to the many kind friends who have assisted me in the work, and, although I cannot name them all, I trust they will understand that I appreciate their assistance none the less. Will Roffe, of Boston, J. G. Davis, of Chicago, Alexander Macpherson, of Pittsburgh, and George T. Morgan, of Philadelphia, are some of my creditors, and I feel I also owe something to the gentlemen of the press, who have come forward to aid my work by any information at hand, and in saying a kind word where they thought it would do good. I expect that the improvement which will be noted this year will be kept up in succeeding issues, and that the little book will soon deserve all the flattering things which have been said about it.
