Publisher's Synopsis

The Adventures of Ibeji Twins' has been written by Bisilola Allen and her 11 year old daughter Arami Allen. Bisilola was born as a twin to an American mother and a Nigerian father. Originating from the Yoruba Tribe of the Nigerian Culture on the paternal side, she had a strong desire to tell the world about her experiences and real life stories. She wanted to write about the Yoruba twins, their travel journeys and the rich cultural heritage of the tribe. The story revolves around the two twin characters called Kehinde and Taiwo, who live in Nigeria and have the opportunity to visit their aunt Bisi, in USA. Narrating interesting, adventurous and exciting stories of their trips to New York, Florida and California, the book also helps the readers learn about the amazing places they can visit in the land of opportunities. The excerpts of the book have been inspired from the real life trips taken by her daughter and the co-author Arami Allen. The two love traveling, while learning about new places and different cultures. Although this is her first book, it reflects her passion for writing, zeal for story-telling and ability to keep the readers engaged in her delightful words.
