Publisher's Synopsis

Twelve year old Katie Kavanagh seems to be an ordinary girl. She’s tall, slim and has very short hair, and isn’t very good at anything in particular. On her birthday her parents buy her a pony, which she calls Bunting. He’s a grumpy pony, but otherwise they get on well, until Bunting is tragically killed as they jump a big fence. When Bunting’s ghost appears sometime later, Katie is surprised to learn from him that because he was a grumpy pony, he must now do things to help humans, and that he has picked her to help him. She will get Supergirl powers and a new look, with long red hair in a ponytail. There is a snag to Katie’s new powers. Although she can do anything – she can swim, jump and fly – she can use each power only once. The adventures begin and Bunting and Ponytail Girl start to rescue people from danger. However, Ponytail Girl has an evil enemy, Miss Sinister, who has unlimited power and is out to stop her. Can Ponytail Girl beat her?
