Publisher's Synopsis
Dooley Dooley is a young African American boy who lives with his mom and dad in the town of Dittle. Dooley Dooley's parents gave him a bicycle for his birthday. Dooley Dooley wanted to ride his bike to visit his friend Timmy.
On his way to visit Timmy, Dooley Dooley had an accident. He fell off his bicycle and bumped his head. He was taken to the hospital. When he arrived home, Dooley Dooley realized that he had acquired a unique power. Dooley Dooley wondered if he should share his new gift with people. He also decided that when the situation caused him to use his new power, he would try to put it to good use in order to teach people how to be kind and treat others with love.
