Many of us are living our life like it is a giant jigsaw puzzle; some pieces are in place, while others are lost or still jumbled. To be the best you can be, all your pieces must be in place, and it's up to you to put them in the appropriate sections. For example: Being a successful, wealthy person isn't very enjoyable if you are ill or have health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or a heart condition. No matter how talented or gifted a person is, they will never reach their full potential if they have low self-esteem, doubt their own abilities, or are easily discouraged by others. If a person is full of anger and resentment, they will have a difficult time enjoying life and living it to the fullest, as they may be preoccupied with all the wrongs done to them.
While these are separate examples, it's important to understand that shortcomings in one aspect of your life could have a ripple effect and drastically affect other aspects. The purpose of this book is to help you become physically, mentally and spiritually fit- simultaneously-with each aspect of fitness having its own section. Many of us tend to focus on our spirituality, while neglecting our physical health. Others demean themselves and lose all self-respect in the quest for money or success. Instead of dealing with their issues head on, some will abuse alcohol, drugs, or engage in other harmful activities in hopes of avoiding the situation.
This is just a few of the ways we may be out of balance, and it's up to you to put all the pieces together!
You only have one life, and it's up to YOU to live it to the fullest. No one else can do it for you, so that means it's TIME to make things right!
