The victim, Jesus Alberto Cabal Reyes, is a Colombian citizen and was a lawful permanent resident of the United States at the time of the events set forth herein.This massive conspiracy was started by the Reagan-Bush administration during the year of 1982, apparently under the excuse of protecting the "National Security" of the United States.The confederacy at issue appears to involve as well assassination of innocent people in the city of Chicago in the state of Illinois during the year of 1982, and attempts to assassinate me.
