Not a second telling of the same tale, these are missing portion of the larger story, with events separated by 15 years. These writings are both long before and parallel to the original Yamato Logs section of Terrian Journals series. In keeping with the series, particularly the First Southern Logs, the notebooks of this volume are writing on the road, adding to the thoughts in adventure of the main volumes. They are an essential reading appendix to the Yamato Logs.
