This third volume (volume III) puts it clear that durable peace and prosperity in the AGLR cannot be achieved without a deep study and application of certain laws. These include the universal natural laws, God's written laws, the United Nations and African Union Charters, and Constitutions and Organic laws of the countries of African Great Lakes Region. This volume shows that breaking laws always result in negative consequences.
