A story of the supernatural, of alien beings, of spaceships, and of other planets and of regular ordinary people, of their affairs and relationships upon Earth. A story that is believable and is easy to read. The story is set in the years 2040 to 2055. It involves the sightings of spacecraft and intergalactical travel. It involves the development of cars that will travel above the surface of the ground. It is the beginning of a new era in aviation, and involves the development of an aircraft that will reach into the upper limits of the stratosphere and travel at incredible speed, allowing it to be anywhere in the world in less than 90 minutes.The planet Spectrus is on the other side of the heavens, in one of the further galaxies, in a realm beyond that of the understanding of man. It is a planet containing life forms, similar to those found upon the planet Earth. It is here where Presidius has her home. Theirs is a matriarchal society where there are lakes and trees and oceans just like those which exist upon the planet Earth. The Andromedians, as they are known are of the telestial planet Conseques in the darker regions of the Sequesserian Galaxy. In general are of a more backward and evil disposition. Their spirits have been sent there, to the outer regions because of their disobedience to the Gods.The story suggests that all of mankind are created with bodies much the same, though there are differences to their physical bodies caused by the environments in which they have been placed. The Spectronian species typically have an average lifespan of 72 years. It is the aspect of longevity of age which inspires the Spectronians to integrate the two species. The story begins by examining the lives of some of those offspring, of human beings whose mothers, or fathers, are of extraterrestrial origin. Brent Lockhart has a privileged upbringing. After university he finds his wealth by taking garbage directly from Chicago's waste plants and then turning those fibers into ecoplastics. He then has plants in almost every city across the nation. He is also working on a project to build an automobile that can fly, a project that would change the world. At a young age his accomplishments have become a national success story. Brent Lockhart is not aware of a twin brother named Darius Rojas whose circumstances are much different. He was found as a baby on a mountain pasture in the Andean mountain region in a country called Santana. Santana was a former province of Columbia but was broken off from Columbia because of civil war. Darius is taught by his father to become a shepherd, and the village butcher. The villagers face challenges because of roaming bands of rebels. To protect the villages in the mountain regions the international community have brought in the Venezuelan Army, forming a 'Peace Force'. The Venezuelan Peace Force and the rebels are much the same. The village people are at their mercy, and rape and pillage from both factions is not uncommon. An incident occurs where Venezuelan 'Peace Keepers' come into Darius's village and rape one of their young women. Shortly after the event rebels arrive and then murder several of the village men, including Darius's father, accusing them of having helped the Venezuelans. Darius Rojas then retaliates, and together with a group of other young men seeks vengeance for what has been done by both factions. He becomes feared and is known as 'The Butcher'. The Venezuelans place a price on his head. The Cubans then come and secretly take him to Cuba, to train with their military. He rises within the ranks of the Cuban military and heads a revolution in Santana and becomes the country's new president.There are other characters in the story, and as the world begins to be destroyed, they are being gathered to a small village in the Andean mountains where they are then rescued by aliens from Spectrus and taken elsewhere.
