Tears of the Innocent is a collection of 40 poems by Ogork Kate Taku, a Cameroonian poet and short story writer. First published in 2016 by Shiloh Printers in Cameroon, these poems are a must read. The Title poem "Tears of the Innocent" is a lament of an innocent girl whom the world describes as a prostitute; but she says she knows the plight of the destitute.
