Tales of a Deep Land: Short Stories from Northeastern Argentina, is a collection of short stories by eleven renowned authors whose various voices express both the rural and urban spirit of the region. Different in tone and style but bound by a bitter edge, these tales breath folk, mystery, art and politics through a compelling narrative that digs into the beauty and the roughness of human nature, exposing the charms and tribulations of a South American deep land.
