What would you do if you discovered your village was plagued by monsters?

Grasmere is a scenic village deep in the heart of the British Lake District. A haven catering to the throngs of tourists and walkers who come for the spectacular mountain views. But the village has dark secrets. Monsters roam the hills.
Rumours abound everywhere. You only have to sit at the bar in the Slaughtered Lamb and someone will spin you a tale of the latest sightings, for the cost of a pint of ale. The message board outside the supermarket hosts tattered notes for lost pets and posters of missing persons. As the mountain rescue crews know all too well, as long as people go up the mountains unprepared, bad things can happen.

When Gabriel Sin witnesses the death of the village's protector, he and his misfit friends must take up his sword and his mission to defend their home from the evil which is seeping into our world.
Five companions are drawn together in friendship as they stumble their way into their first mission, to kill a monster.
