Publisher's Synopsis
This is a study and commentary on the Gospel of Matthew, a new way of looking at Jesus using the old Wycliffe version (rather than the King James Version) with illustrations. I show you some images of the places where Christ was born, where he lived, where he taught and grew up, and where he died. I also include excerpts from the writings of Leo Tolstoy and Albert Schweitzer. My philosophical guide is Ludwig Wittgenstein, and my objective is to understand the true meaning of St. Matthew's Gospel.
