Medina has plenty to do. A mysterious event uncovered by the former Director of Field Operations, Sam Grant, results in an Ops investigation in St. Louis. This is a city that has caused Ops problems before, but when the team discovers were-creatures running around underneath a supposedly abandoned factory, things take a decidedly nasty turn. Racing against time, Sam, Medina, and long-time partner of Ops Colin Ridgeway race to save the city and perhaps the world. One of them will not survive the attempt.
