These two related volumes were originally published as Volumes VIII and XII, respectively, of "Collections of the Connecticut Historical Society" and are here reprinted as a unit. Together they contain all of the Revolutionary War service records in the custody of the Connecticut Historical Society that do not duplicate the records published in "The Record of Connecticut Men in the Military and Naval Service During the War of the Revolution, 1775-1783."
