As overseer of Sunshine Hollow, Regal Eagle is in charge of tour guides for visitors. That's how he spends his days, at least when he's not fishing with his friend, Thomas. As the story begins, Regal's wife, Victoria, has a secret and wants him out of the way for a while, so he first goes fishing with Thomas and then conducts a tour. Visitors meet some of Regal's friends and learn many interesting facts about their lives.
