General Setting: Drumnadrochit, Scotland is a hamlet of Inverness, at the time a small city in Scotland, on the banks of Loch Ness - the location of the notoriously elusive Loch Ness Monster. Drumnadrochit is subject to all war time restrictions that the rest of Europe is under; Blackout Restrictions - no source of light is allowed on after dark as to not provide a potential target for overhead enemy planes - no electricity, and anything that people use regularly - food, lamp oil, wax, fabric for clothes, etc., is under strict rations in order to provide as much material for the war effort. For the most part, Drumnadrochit is a quiet town in Scotland, physically removed from the battle fronts, but not emotionally.
