Publisher's Synopsis
Always remember that you are the smartest person in the room. You may aspire to be like someone you admire, but you can only be yourself. You are your greatest teacher. You are your greatest opponent. Discover you. Be inspired by you. Success is in your mind. Who you are now and what you shall become is only a tale of your imagination. Understand the role you must play in the universe. You are here because you have something special to give. You have a special bond with the universe, which is why you were called into existence. Discover who you are and give whatever it is that you came to the universe to give. Find that thing and get to that special place. Focus your energy on manipulating the powers of the universe in order that you may manifest your dream. From this moment on, everything you do, give it your best try. Your life should be a life of service to your fellow men, not just to yourself or to your own race or to your country, but for the entire human race. The goal of wisdom is to discover one's truest self, and being in your highest form, serve humanity for the greater good. True service is the denial of self. Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself, pick up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it," (Matthew 16:24). You must be selfish so that you may become unselfish to give all your attention to your higher consciousness and learn the limitations of your heart. Then, you will be able to journey the spiritual realm - feeding the soul and not the body. Hence, whatever good thing entices your imagination, you will acquire it and use it to help others, instead of being conquered by it. Happiness is your service to humanity; happiness is an energy. If you can find happiness in a world full of suffering, you may become an inspiration to many, for a loving heart is a light in the dark; and we need more light bearers on this dark journey. Why are you not making it when you're working so hard? Why aren't you living the good life? Success refuse you because you are average. You won't be successful just because you're working hard; you must work on the right things and in the right manner. It's not about what you do, it's about how you influence the world around you. How many lives are you impacting with your ideas, and are you making a good impact? What purpose are you serving in the universe? Why should good fortune empty its quiver on you? Life is hard as it is, but we make it even harder when we give our time to some unfulfilling purpose by choosing careers for the money instead of the serviceable value. You're fixated in mediocrity because of a paycheck, and you're unhappy because you're not working on your ideas. You hate your job, but you show up for work every day. You'd rather die under the pain and agony of regret than to die under the painful adulation of being criticized for pursuing your stupid ideas? But the change you desire won't come from the repetitive results of a paycheck. I bet they thought it was a stupid idea when Alexander Graham Bell shared his idea about the telephone; I bet they thought it was a stupid idea when Charles Babbage shared his idea about the computer; I bet they thought that Bill Gates was just a nerdy college dropout when he embarked on his journey with Microsoft; I bet some investors thought that Thomas Edison was stupid after trying so many things so many times and failed, and yet he never gave up on his ideas. Benjamin Franklin flew a kite into a thunderstorm to see if he could capture the electric charge from a lightning bolt. There is no proof that he ever did capture the lightning bolt, but that had to be one of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard. Regardless however, Benjamin Franklin went on to achieve many successes in his life and he left behind - an inspiring legacy.
