All that Stephen Lansky wanted to accomplish was to watch free satellite television. Lansky tinkered with his PC, hooked a cable from the satellite dish on the roof to it, and wired it all to an old 1958 television that his old man had kept around for years. On a mild, rainy, lightning filled night it happened. Lansky noticed a wave across the old Admiral TV that increased with frequency. He then heard a nickname that only his mother had called her eldest son over thirty years ago, as she called out for him. It couldn't be. Lansky did not believe in ghosts or in heaven, but he did remember something that his mother had told him just before she passed away from cancer. "When one passes away, your soul must live on Stephen. There is electricity in all of us that must keep on living. People just do not die, your soul must live on." Follow Lansky's journey to MIT to meet with a young astrophysicist, only to be discovered by the student's mentor who turns out to be a member of the CIA's College and University Security Effort - a clandestine government effort responsible for the identification of supposed threats to the security of the United States on Academia campuses. Through a course of intrigue that finds Lansky's discovery of heaven residing within the earth's ionosphere, the inner workings of the CIA are exposed as the United States government works to keep his earth shattering revelations a secret. Lansky is forced to make a deal.
